Section 9
To be included in the contributory pension system
After the commencement of this Act, the following employees who will be permanently appointed in the government service will be included in the contributory pension system by contributing to the fund as per section 10:-
(a) Civil Service, Explanation: For the purposes of this section and clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 16, "Civil Service" shall include the Nepal Health Service and the Legislature-Parliament Service.
(b) Nepal Military Service, Nepal Police Service, Armed Police Force, Nepal Service and Nepal Special Service.
(a) Civil Service, Explanation: For the purposes of this section and clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 16, "Civil Service" shall include the Nepal Health Service and the Legislature-Parliament Service.
(b) Nepal Military Service, Nepal Police Service, Armed Police Force, Nepal Service and Nepal Special Service.
